Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

• Delivery times, counted in business days, may vary depending on delivery location, product availability, and payment method.

• Users can estimate delivery times and shipping costs by adding products to the cart and entering their ZIP code. The system will automatically display the estimated shipping cost and delivery time.

• If a product in the cart is part of a free shipping promotion, shipping for that product will be free, and charges will apply only to products not included in the promotion.

• IMPORTANT: The delivery period begins 24 hours after the purchase order is accepted and payment is confirmed by the financial institution, when applicable.

• Requests for expedited or prioritized delivery will not be accepted at any stage of the purchase.

• When multiple items are purchased in one order, deliveries may occur separately on different dates depending on the carrier and product availability. Delivery estimates reflect the longest anticipated delivery time.

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in areas served by PEONIE COLLECTION.

• Delivery times may be delayed due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to floods, strikes, protests, pickets, or natural disasters.

• If no one is available to receive the delivery, additional delivery attempts will be made in accordance with the policies and procedures of the assigned courier. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to PEONIE COLLECTION.

• Deliveries may be made to anyone present at the delivery address, including doormen, janitors, employees, or other staff.

• At the carrier’s sole discretion, identification may be required from the recipient.

• Deliveries will follow the carrier’s procedures, leaving products with the recipient at the gate, lobby, curb, or similar location. Products will not be left inside the building.

• If a product appears damaged upon delivery, it must be refused and PEONIE COLLECTION should be contacted immediately.
